When I let go of the limitations I had set for myself, I decided to try something I never thought I would. Stepping into the unknown wasn’t easy, but it led me to a new passion and a way to use my skills and experiences to truly help people.
It started with a good friend who was already working full-time in real estate telling me, “You know, you should really be using your license.” I’d been licensed since 2004, but up to that point, I’d mostly stayed behind the scenes, helping run the Ripaldi Real Estate School—the school my father founded. I managed the office, supported my sister and sister-in-law who taught the classes, and watched my brothers and other family members take on roles as contractors, inspectors, and cleaners in the industry. After years of being immersed in the field, I decided to give it a try, and that decision changed everything.
When I got into real estate sales, I had to relearn the same multitasking skills I used constantly when my kids were in school. Back then, I was managing school schedules, activities, and everything in between. Now, it is showings, inspections, and listing prep. It came back quickly, but it was an adjustment. I’ve always worked—I started earning money at 12 folding pizza boxes and babysitting—and even during the years I “stayed home,” I was never idle. I subbed in schools, ran kids classes, watched other people’s kids, and kept myself involved in the community. That experience taught me how to handle a lot at once, how to adapt quickly, and how to be there for people—all things I now bring to every client relationship.
I also found that my creative background gave me a real edge in this field. I studied fashion illustration, worked in graphic design, and spent years in photography studios retouching images. That eye for detail helps me stage homes with intention and design marketing that really captures a property’s best features. I’ve taken formal staging courses, and I share a staging storage unit with other agents so I can prep every listing with both strategy and style. I want every home I list to feel polished, inviting, and thoughtfully presented.
Most importantly, I discovered how much I genuinely love the work. Helping people through what can be a stressful or emotional chapter—whether it’s buying a first home or saying goodbye to one filled with memories—became something I truly connected with. I’ve always been someone who listens closely, stays calm in chaos, and shows up when people need support. Real estate turned out to be the place where those instincts really mattered. The relationships I build with clients and the trust they place in me—that’s what makes this work meaningful.
Alongside my business, community involvement has always been part of who I am. I’m an active member of the Hampstead Lions Club and serve on the Make-A-Wish fundraising committee. I help cook meals for Family Promises, a shelter for families experiencing homelessness, and regularly support Liberty House, which serves veterans. Through my business, I also give back by working with Homes for Heroes and Operation Delta Dog, donating a portion of my commission to teachers, nurses, veterans, and other frontline professionals. In 2023, I was honored to receive the Good Neighbor Award from the Board of REALTORS®—a reminder of why I do what I do.
What I’m most proud of is that I’ve built a career rooted in service, connection, and heart. I believe that when you truly care about people, they can feel it—and it changes how the entire process unfolds. Real estate may not have been my first career path, but it turned out to be the one that pulled everything together.
In my free time, I spend as much of it as I can with my family. My husband Matthew works in manufacturing, and our two grown kids—Jesse, An RN at a chemo clinic, and Michael, a private jet pilot—are both thriving in careers they love. My biggest goal now is to support them, enjoy time together, and find new ways to continue giving back to my community.
As a REALTOR®, I view it as my job to constantly improve and find new ways to add value for my clients. Every home I list is treated with care, detail, and strategy—from staging and layout to photography and marketing. I design custom property flyers and brochures for each listing and ensure wide exposure through both print and digital marketing.
Beyond listings, I help buyers understand the full picture—what’s happening behind the scenes, what to expect, and how to make informed decisions with confidence. I’ve lived in New Hampshire my whole life, so I can give my clients insight into neighborhoods, lifestyles, and market trends that can’t be Googled.
For me, this is not a numbers business; this is a people business. I am committed to being a lifelong resource for you, answering questions, giving market updates, and providing any resources you need on your homeownership journey!
Sincerely,

Angeline Gorham
