Angie is the best. This was to buy our second house, as we quickly grew out of our first house. our previous realtor, Judy, retired and recommended Angie. it was one of the best choices we made. We spent literally a couple of years on and off looking at houses that most people wouldn't be interested in. Having lived for 11 years in our current house, we have very particular wants and needs, and we knew it would be impossible to find a house with everything we needed, so were looking at properties that needed a ton of work or could easily be changed to get what we wanted, and most importantly had some decent land. She was very patient looking at houses most people would cringe at, but the fact that she actually had the enthusiasm to match ours in seeing the potential a property had, showed she genuinely cared about our happiness. we finally found 16 acres right down the street from us, with a total mess/disaster of a house on it that needs to be torn down, and she was just so genuinely happy to help. she took care of everything, even the hassle of a closing. she is top notch, and i can't wait to have her help sell our current house once we build our new house.
